Shipping & Returns


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you can vary anywhere from  2 days - 3 weeks. You may be responsible for paying any duties and taxes on items entering your country. Please refer to the Track Your Order page for updates on your order.

Route is our shipping insurer  that will help you track and file a claim for a missing package. Route is automatically applied to your order, if you opt out of shipping insurance, we will not replace nor refund missing packages. You will have to create and pay for a new order.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


We accept returns on all unopened/unused products. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You are responsible for paying your return postage and any other duties or fees associated with the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These products include but are not limited to: customized facial mask, customized facial toners, and customized facial serums.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you send us return products after the 14 day period you will lose your products and cost of goods.
